I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading maintenance company based at London Bridge, London. You will be working across a brand-new, high-end corporate commercial office and luxury residential development on behalf of a prestigious property management company. The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks in a high-profile environment.
My client is currently seeking:
- 1 x Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer
- 1 x Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer
Both positions require proven experience in building services and offer the chance to work within a high-profile corporate head office.
Hours: Continental Shift Pattern Days & Nights 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00
Requirements:
- Apprentice trained
- Electrical or Mechanical City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
- 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Valid CSCS Card
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Proven commercial building maintenance experience
Package:
- Basic salary of up to £53,000

Duties:
- Electrical and mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, and water treatment
- Three-phase and single-phase systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and electrical monitoring
- Air conditioning and chillers, pumps, motors, and Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
- Working within a large blue-chip commercial office environment
- Collaborating as part of a close-knit maintenance team to deliver an exceptional service to the client
