Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) – Wembley, North West London – £40,000 – £42,000 + Vanand Fuel Card

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading FM companies in London who are working on a contract across North London. You will mainly be based on a site in Wembley and you will cover six other sites across London covering holiday and sickness. The role is paying up to £42,000 with a van and fuel card.

• Basic Salary of £40,000 – £42,000

Hours

Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 16:00 or 08:00 -17:00
Plenty of Overtime Available

Duties

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM\’s and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU\’s, AHU\’s, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Landlord and Tenanted areas for large blue chip companies across the City & West End
• Working across a portfolio of 10 Buildings providing cover for holidays and sickness

Requirements

• Electrical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent
• 17th Edition
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
• Experience in statutory compliance – Water treatment, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Etc
