M&E Engineer - Shopping Centre
Location: City Centre of Nottingham
Salary: £20.00per hour
Job Type: Temporary & ongoing
Hours: 4 on/4 off, 7am-7pm
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer to provide temporary cover for long-term sickness at a busy shopping centre.
The successful candidate will have a strong Facilities Management background, with a mechanical or electrical qualification, and experience carrying out building services maintenance within a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across building services.
- Maintaining mechanical or electrical systems safely and efficiently.
- Updating maintenance records and tasks using the platform.
- Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the shopping centre.
Requirements
- Mechanical or electrical qualification.
- Previous Facilities Management experience is essential.
- Experience in a commercial building environment is desirable.
- Flexibility to work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, including some weekends.
