CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting three Maintenance Engineers 1x Electrical and 2x Mechanical to join a large maintenance team based on a prestigious commercial estate in Kings Cross, North London. The successful candidates will work alongside a sizeable on-site team, carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance across a diverse portfolio of buildings on the estate. You'll need a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance within your discipline. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,000 plus overtime, further training and clear routes for career progression within a well-established FM provider.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Mechanical Engineers (x2)
- Monitoring mechanical plant pumps, motors, seals, bearings
- Air Conditioning AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment temperature checks (no dosing)
- Plumbing unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers, etc.
- Monitoring BMS systems
- Basic electrical duties (lamp changes, etc.)
- General building fabric
- Escorting specialist subcontractors
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Electrical Engineer (x1)
- Lighting lamp changes, emergency lighting testing and minor repairs
- Fault finding on electrical systems
- Small installations and minor works
- Power distribution checks DBs, sockets, containment
- Monitoring BMS systems
- Supporting the mechanical team with day-to-day tasks
- General building fabric
- Escorting specialist subcontractors
Requirements
Mechanical (x2)
- Mechanically qualified City & Guilds Level 2 minimum (Essential)
- Able to provide copies of trade certificates
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled, strong communicator, client-facing
