Multi Trader FM Service Provider Midlands / Gloucestershire - £24p/h - Temporary Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the Midlands / Gloucestershire. CBW is currently recruiting for a Multi Trader, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of Multi Trader and Fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Up to £24 per hour ( depending on qualifications ) (umbrella) Immediate start Company van provided, working in the Midlands and Gloucestershire Key Duties & Responsibilities Carpentry & joinery Plumbing Painting & decorating Plastering & rendering Tiling Flooring Basic electrical works Door and lock repairs General building repairs Silicone/mastic works External maintenance Minor roofing repairs General property maintenance Requirements Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric / multi trader duties Qualified in either Carpentry, Painting and Decorating or any relevant trade Good communication skills Health & Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload Please send your CV to for more information and to apply.
