Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider. CBW is currently looking for a Mobile Mechanical / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to cover multiple residential buildings around South and North London.
The successful candidate will be mechanically / plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial / residential building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance to the following:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers
- Reset Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems Monitor / Take readings
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Must be available to start on the 27/05 or 28/05 for a handover. Up to £27p/h covering 6 residential sites (3 in South London - Camberwell / Clapham and 3 in North London - Finchley / Finsbury Park). Van included (must have valid driver's license with no more than 6 points due to insurance reasons).
Requirements:
- Mechanically / plumbing qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 etc.)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial / residential building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Client facing
- Valid DBS Certificate
