An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, family-run FM service provider based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Maintenance Engineers to cover a portfolio of approximately six commercial buildings across London Zones 1 & 2 (4 Buildings in The City and 2 in Mayfair). The successful candidates will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This is a Foot Mobile position, requiring engineers to travel between multiple sites to deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant, with a particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications), along with overtime and ongoing training opportunities.
- Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
- Monitoring the BMS (e.g. hot and cold checks)
- Escorting specialist sub-contractors on site
- Assisting fellow engineers and providing technical support
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Installation / Engineering (desirable)
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Strong understanding of commercial building services
- Multi-skilled with good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working on a Foot Mobile basis across multiple sites (please note: no company vehicle is provided)
