CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile carpenter to look after a Healthcare portfolio covering 15 sites located across Bromley, Bexley and Sidcup. Working for a leading FM Service Provider completing fire door maintenance/remedials and carpentry duties.
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance predominantly to fire doors across the estate such as adjusting door frames, changing closers, strips, hinges.
- Carpentry maintenance works such as installing and repairing cabinets and wall-based units, skirting and boxing, and other general building fabric work.
Hours of work/requirements
- Hourly rate up to £22p/h via umbrella.
- Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week.
- Temporary ongoing (3 months with potential to be extended).
- Candidates will need their own vehicle for travel and have this insured for business use. You can claim back business mileage.
- A full UK driving licence is required (No more than 6 points).
- A carpentry qualification at Level 2 or higher is required.
- Experience working in hospitals or other healthcare environments advantageous.
