A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider working in Luton in a Aviation environment. Working within a team you will be responsible the completion of planned and reactive maintenance. The Engineer must have experience working in mainteance within a commercial or industrial environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Boiler maintenance
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers – Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings
- Basic Electrical duties
Hours of work / package / duration
- Monday to Friday
- Weekly rotating hours: 7am to 4pm – 9am to 6pm
- 2 week temp role initially, can be extended depending on clearance of a Temp Airside Pass
- £25p/h – 8 hours paid per day
- Immediate start
Requirements
- Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance, Mechanical bias
- Must be able to pass a Temporary Airside Pass
- Must have a 5 year traceable work history
