Shift Maintenance Engineer Required (Electrical / Mechanical) for an FM Service Provider in Camberwell. This is a temp to perm position with an immediate start, offering up to £27 per hour.

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in Camberwell, London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building on a continental shift pattern.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. A strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in building maintenance are essential.

Hours of work: Continental shift Days and nights 4's and 6's shift pattern

Key duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • AHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors

Requirements:

  • Electrically/Mechanically/Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (17/18th edition if electrical)
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice
