A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading maintenance company in London, focusing on high-end residential buildings on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks within a portfolio of high-end residential properties in Mayfair, Marylebone, and Knightsbridge.
My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in high-end residential building services to work on high-profile buildings, carrying out maintenance on luxury high-end residential apartments on FCUs, NVHR, and underfloor heating.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm
Requirements:
- Apprentice trained
- Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
- Client facing
- High-end residential experience
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking, and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
Package:
- Basic salary of up to £47,000
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays

- Zones 1 & 2 travel card
Duties:
- Apartment servicing - electrical and mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, NVHR, HVAC plant, water treatment
- Knowledge of BMS, chillers, cooling plant, HIUs
- Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
- Escorting sub-contractors, issuing permits / RAMS
- Site cover as and when required
