Job Description Technical Account Manager - Trophy Building - City of London - up to 70KOne of the capital's leading service providers is currently looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager to work at a large trophy building in the City of London. As a company, they manage properties for a number of well known commercial blue chip clients and are considered one of the best in their field. The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that all technical and contractual operations in this building are maintained to a very high standard. Manage and work alongside the appointed maintenance contractors. Responsible for managing the companys H&S and environmental performance on site. Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works. Management of client relationships on a daily basis. Management of all reports. Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue. Experience of service delivery in high profile financial offices. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients. Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. 25 days holiday. Pension.
