CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a growing facilities management service provider covering commercial buildings across London and surrounding areas. Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40-hour working week

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, and FCUs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including system inspections, filter replacements, coil cleaning, and performance testing.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns and emergency call-outs, minimising disruption to clients.
Requirements
  • Valid and up-to-date F-Gas certification
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Building Services
  • Proven experience working within an HVAC / Building Services environment
  • Strong knowledge of a wide range of air conditioning systems
  • Ability to manage workload, time, and documentation independently
  • Professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Positive, flexible, and proactive can-do attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
