Job Description Senior Commercial Gas Engineer - Facilities Service Provider - Greater London - Up to £62,500 \n \n Are you a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer looking for more responsibility?\n \n Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?\n \n CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering London, working on a mixture of commercial contracts, including high-end offices and unique contracts.\n \n The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally live in the Greater London region but applications from all areas are welcome.\n \n This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £62,500, depending on experience, with a potential route into further career progression.\n Hours of work \n \n \n Monday to Friday \n 8:00 am to 16:30 pm - 30 Minute Lunch Break \n Package \n \n \n £55,000 to £62,500 DOE \n 25 days holiday + Bank holidays \n Travel paid after 30 mins each way \n Private use available \n Further training \n Company pension \n Quarterly bonus for achieved objectives based on achievable targets \n Van & fuel card supplied \n Generous workplace pension scheme \n Overtime available on request \n Key Duties & Responsibilities \n \n \n You will be responsible for delivering services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties \n Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties \n Self-delivery of smaller installations \n Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. \n Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment \n Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required. \n Reactive and planned commercial maintenance \n Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship \n Requirements \n \n \n Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1) \n A proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas) \n Client-facing \n Full driving license \n If you are interested in this vacancy please email your CV to Archie Reed at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing this opportunity. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
