Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in an industrial environment in Long Sutton, Spalding. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static site, delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building services.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance and a good understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. - Monday to Friday
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems
- Perform electrical maintenance including lighting installations, lamping, ballast changes, and fault finding
- Carry out emergency lighting testing and maintenance
- Maintain pumps, motors, and associated plant equipment
- Diagnose faults and proactively resolve issues across building services equipment
- Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors on site
- Remain flexible and assist with additional tasks within skill set when required

Requirements:
- Electrically qualified City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
