JuniorMaintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Farringdon, London - £21.73 per hour
CBW is currently recruiting for a JuniorMaintenance Plumber to work for an established company situatedinFarringdon,London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
Hours/Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Temp to perm contract
- £21.73 per hour (umbrella)
- Immediatestart
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Fix leaks, taps, toilets and pipework.
- Unblock sinks, toilets and drains.
- Carry out PPMs and reactives
- Carry out routine inspections and basic fault finding.
- Support senior plumbers with installations and repairs.
- Use tools and PPE safely.
- Keep work areas clean and complete maintenance records.
Requirements:
- Level 2 NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing (Essential)
- Experience within commercial building maintenance or Facilities Management
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional and able to work effectively within a team
