Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Ipswich. CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, with experience working within a healthcare environment.
Working within a team on-site, the candidate will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Two days per week
- Up to £20 per hour (umbrella)
- Immediate start
- Painting & Decorating
- Furniture moves porterage
- Fixing Furniture
- Assist the maintenance team on site e.g. PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing
- Escort sub-contractors
- Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of most building fabric duties
- Basic PC literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
