CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Bias Lead Engineer for a prestigious high-end residential building near Wandsworth Town Station. The role covers all aspects of multi-skilled building maintenance and oversees on-site maintenance staff within a facilities management contract.
The successful candidate will report to the Account Manager, manage KPIs and SLAs, carry out electrical maintenance, emergency lighting tests, and BMS monitoring while working Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
