CBW is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to look after a Healthcare portfolio covering sites throughout Surrey and Sussex. Working for a leading FM Service Provider completing Electrical Building services maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Work will involve all reactive Electrical repairs or replacements to lighting, power sockets, distribution boards, power circuits, fault finding and PPMs, such as emergency light testing.
- Other building maintenance tasks such as small plumbing and building fabric work are occasionally required.
Hours of work/requirements
- Hourly rate up to £27p/h via umbrella
- Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week
- On call requirement for emergencies - One in every 4 weeks.
- Van and Fuel card provided
- Standby allowance and overtime are paid per call-out.
- Temporary ongoing (potential temp to perm)
- A full UK driving licence is required (No more than 6 points)
- Electrical installation Level 2 & 3 along with 18th edition will be required.
- Experience working in Hospitals or other Healthcare environments advantageous.
