Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in Bristol & Birmingham. CBW are currently looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 8 commercial buildings located in the South of England (Bristol & Birmingham).
The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where they will be required to carry out Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
- Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Tap Temps
- Escorting specialist sub contractors
- Offering technical support
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
