Floor Layer - Commercial Building - South London - Immediate start - On-going - £29 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in South London.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Floor Layerto cover a commercial site.

He or she will have a proven track record in laying vinly flooringideally with experience on commercial sites.

Hours/Details: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm On-going contract £29per hour via umbrella Immediate start

Responsibilities: Complete flooring installations from start to finish, including vinyl sheet (cap and cove), carpet, carpet tiles and vinyl tile.

Carry out welded vinyl installations, including cap and cove finishes.

Deliver highquality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.

Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area.

Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Minimum of 18 months experience in floor laying.

Proven experience installing vinyl sheet, carpets and carpet tiles Skilled in all aspects of subfloor preparation Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
