Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs and diagnose faults efficiently. Service, repair and maintain air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Undertake fault finding and complete remedial works where required. Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately. Ensure all work complies with current health and safety legislation. Build strong relationships with clients through professional and reliable service. Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required. Person Specification: Essential Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems. F-Gas Category 1 Certification. Full UK driving licence. NVQ Level 2/3, City
