An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site. This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,200, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
Package:
- Salary of £48,200

Requirements:
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
- 18th Edition (Required)

- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
