Account Director Higher Education Sector Kings Cross/Euston - 90KWould you like to work for one of the leading hard services providers in the UK?Have you got a proven track record within the commercial building services industry, ideally managing in the higher educationsector?An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading companies in the facilities maintenance industry.
They currently maintain a number of high end maintenance contracts across London and the Home Countiesand are looking for an experienced Account Director to work on one of their long standing accounts based in the Kings Cross / Euston area.
The total value of the contract is around the £6/7 million mark and the total staff on each site consists of around 45-50 staff.
There will be three contract managers who manage the team day to day with the Account Director dealing with any higher level issues that arise.
Manage all financial budgets, P&L and technical issues.
Responsible for managing the companys H&S and environmental performance on site.
Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
Management of all reports.
Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; Experience of service delivery in the higher educationsector.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.25 days holiday.
