Contract Manager FM Service Provider Central London £80,000 per annum CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading FM service provider who are continuing to expand their portfolio across Central London.
The position will offer the opportunity to manage either a prestigious trophy building or a mixed mobile portfolio, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Contract Manager with a proven background in commercial building maintenance, strong client-facing skills, and experience successfully managing engineering teams and service delivery.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 08:00am 17:00pm Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Leading the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services across either a prestigious commercial building or a mobile portfolio.
Managing, supporting and developing engineering and supervisory teams.
Ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently and to the required standard.
Monitoring contract KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.
