Static Commercial Gas Engineer - Ipswich - £45,000 to £48,000

Are you a Commercial Gas looking for a new challenge? Are you tired of driving and want a local, static site? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in the Ipswich area has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Static Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a large commercial estate in the Ipswich area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

You will be based on a large commercial estate, which includes multiple buildings and you will be provided a van to use to travel between the buildings on site. This van is purely for site use only and can only be taken home during the week you are on call.

This position would be ideal for a Commercial gas engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 and a potential route into further career progression.

The successful candidate will be GasSafe commercial gas qualified with COCN1 or CODNCO1 as a minimum.

Requirements:
  • Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
  • Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
  • Electrical knowledge
  • Extensive experience working within a commercial environment
  • Building services knowledge
Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Package:
  • Basic Salary of up to £48,000
  • Call Out 1 in 4/5
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Pension
  • Full company uniform
