CBW are looking for experienced AC Engineers to work with a nationwide provider of mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance services. You will play a vital role in maintaining and installing air conditioning systems across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair AC systems in various commercial settings.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure AC systems operate efficiently.
  • Diagnose issues with AC systems and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their AC needs.
  • Using an electronic system to follow your schedule and fill in technician reports.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
  • Currently holds FGas Cat 1.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with working on Mitsubishi and Daikin systems.
  • Must have a valid UK driving license.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary of £42,000 + Door to door travel.
  • Overtime available on top of the stated salary.
  • Additional payment of £100 per week as part of on call rota - 1 in 7.
  • Van and fuel card (personal use permitted).
  • Up to 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
  • Laptop and smartphone.
  • All tools supplied apart from hand tools.
  • Training and development courses.
