An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm
£28 per hour via Umbrella covering three sites.
Contract type: Temp to perm
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- HVAC Systems
- Emergency lighting tests
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
Requirements:
- Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
