CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a portfolio of commercial buildings located across Hampshire. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Hours/Details:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm
  • Contract type: Ongoing contract
  • Vehicle fuel card

Key duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning
  • Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers
  • Re-set Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Plumbing
  • Unblocking toilets
  • BMS System Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
  • UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
  • General building fabric maintenance
  • Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

Requirements:

  • Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge
  • A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
  • Installation experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Honest, hard-working and reliable
  • UK driving licence needed
