Exciting role to join a Leading National Maintenance Service provider that is looking to expand its operation and bring in a specialised Electrical maintenance engineer in the Fareham area. You will be joining their current Electrical team working across various high-end buildings carrying out PAT testing, maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment.
You will be responsible for all commercial electrical maintenance as well as general building services.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Requirements
- BS7671 18th edition qualification
- Keen eye for detail
- IPAF 3A & 3B (essential)
- Basic mechanical knowledge (Desirable but not essential)
- L3 Electrical 2391, at least a few years experience with electrical works, If they are also multi-skilled great but isn't essential
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector (Desirable but not essential)
- IT literate
Responsibilities
- To undertake routine PPM tasks in accordance to recognised standards
- To undertake reactive repairs as required
- To undertake Electrical Installation work as required
- Undertake regular inspections
- To co-operate with other disciplines for the provision of multi-discipline services where required
- On occasion, be available to carry out necessary emergency works outside normal hours
- To attend training to assist with contract requirements
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system.
- To undertake tasks as instructed by on site FM
