CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced
Mobile Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities management organisation, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the
North West , predominantly from
Middleton through to Preston and the surrounding areas .
This is an established supervisory position and requires someone with previous experience supervising electrical engineers within a facilities management or similar commercial environment.
Package
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Van & fuel card supplied
- Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing a team of electrical engineers across the North West.
- Planning and coordinating day-to-day engineering activities
- Ensuring PPM and reactive maintenance is completed within agreed timescales
- Carrying out electrical maintenance and fault finding when required
- Providing technical guidance and support to engineers
- Monitoring engineer performance and quality of completed works
- Carrying out regular site visits and inspections
- Liaising directly with clients and site representatives
- Managing reactive issues and ensuring appropriate engineers are allocated
- Monitoring completion of maintenance records, reports and documentation
- Supporting the Contract Manager with the day-to-day running of the contract
- Identifying and resolving operational and technical issues
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of service is delivered across the contract
Requirements
- Proven experience as an
- Electrical Supervisor within FM, building services or a similar commercial environment
- Experience supervising and managing a team of electrical engineers
- A recognised
- Level 3 Electrical qualification / NVQ or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
