An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing electrical maintenance operations across a large, high-profile commercial site in the Sunbury-on-Thames area.

As Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of up to five on-site engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team while maintaining close involvement with site operations.

Hours of Work:

  • 08:00am - 17:00pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily checks, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems
  • First response to electrical or system faults across the building
  • Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure
  • Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary
  • Coordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as needed
  • Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work orders

About You:

  • Electrically qualified - C&G Level 2 & 3
  • LV experience
  • Willing to get an Enhanced DBS Check
  • Comfortable working solo on-site
  • Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly
  • Confident with automated systems and modern building tech
  • Calm and professional in front of clients and end users
  • Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported)
