Exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to work for an established cleaning company situated in Tamworth. CBW are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to be based in a commercial building. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial building.
Details / Hours:
– Monday to Friday
– 06:00am to 14:00pm
– Temp to perm
– DBS required
– Immediate
Key duties & Responsibilities:
– To hold a valid DBS and be committed to undertaking DFT Training (provided by the company)
– To work within the Health and Safety policy; regarding colour coding, COSHH risk Assessments and safe working practices
– Clean designated area to the required standard as outlined by the site manager. This will include male and female toilets and kitchens and some office areas
– Warehouse general duties including moving pallets as required
– Replenishment of kitchen and toilet consumables
– Wear and care for any uniform and PPE provided
– Have experience of managing a team in a warehouse environment including managing sickness and holidays
– To be physically fit and capable of handling a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis
– Attention to detail
– To be able to communicate with colleagues and staff in a polite manner
– Good timekeeping and attendance
Requirements:
– Have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial environment
– To work to a timescale as agreed with you and your Supervisor/Manager
– Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
– To always act in a professional manner
– Be honest, reliable, and hard working
– Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
– Be eligible to work in the UK
– Safety boots needed
