HVAC Engineer - Commercial Building - Wellingborough - Immediate start - £30.73 Per HourAn exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Wellingborough. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a HVAC Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.Hours of work- Monday to Friday- 08:00am to 17:00pm- Contract type: temp to perm- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.- Maintain and repair pumps, motors, bearings, seals and compressors.- Service and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), including filter changes and cleaning.- Carry out basic chiller resets and fault finding.- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and identify any plant issues.- Ensure all maintenance records and logbooks are accurately completed.- Escort specialist subcontractors when required.- Provide technical support and assist fellow engineers across the portfolio.- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.Requirements- Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3- City & Guilds (Category I F-Gas and ODS Regulations- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance- Client Facing
