Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the Midlands / Gloucestershire. CBW is currently recruiting for a Multi Trader, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of Multi Trader and Fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working hours
- - Monday - Friday
- - 08:00 - 17:00
- - Up to £24 per hour ( depending on qualifications ) (umbrella)
- - Immediate start
- - Company van provided, working in the Midlands and Gloucestershire
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- - Carpentry & joinery
- - Plumbing
- - Tiling
- - Flooring
- - Basic electrical works
- - Door and lock repairs
- - Silicone/mastic works
- - External maintenance
- - General property maintenance
Requirements
- - Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
- - An understanding of most building fabric / multi trader duties
- - Qualified in either Carpentry, Painting and Decorating or any relevant trade
- - Health & Safety experience
- - Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- - Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- - Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
