Mechanical Maintenance Engineer β Charing Cross, London β Up to Β£45,000 Per Annum
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Charing Cross, London. I am currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large private luxury residential development situated by Charing Cross, London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static within a small team.
Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast\\\βs, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning β Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers β Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing β Unblocking toilets
- BMS System β Monitor (i.e. Hot & Cold)
- UPS Systems β Monitor / Take readings
- General building fabric
- HIU Maintenance
- Plant room Maintenance
Positions Available
The client is Looking for 1 X Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Hours of work
Monday to Friday β 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified β You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to cover a large site
- Ideally experience in High End Residential
- Honest, hard working and reliable
Package
- Up to Β£45,000 per annum
- Overtime available
- 25 days holiday + BH
