CBW is delighted to be recruiting for a Day Shift Engineer to join a permanent, client-direct team at a vibrant commercial campus in South Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly professional on-site maintenance team, working in a state-of-the-art environment.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of M&E, fabric, and building services duties - keeping systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Plant room checks
- Maintain AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning)
- Basic plumbing (e.g., unblocking toilets)
- Water temp checks (no chemical dosing)
- Monitor BMS systems and report irregularities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
- Keep logbooks updated and attend client meetings when required
Day Shift - 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off 07:00 - 19:00 on weekdays, 08:00 - 16:00 if your shift falls on the weekend
