We’re searching for a talented Day Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing team within a landmark commercial office space. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-spec environment — no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Electrical Systems: Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution
- Mechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC
- HVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units
- Monitoring Systems: Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems
- Teamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team
- Service Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant services
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- 07:00 – 19:00
- £50,000 Salary (including shift allowance)
- 25 Days Holiday (on a shift basis)
