Junior Building Maintenance Engineer – £35,000 Westminster, London – Monday – Friday 08:30 AM – 17:00 PM
CBW Staffing Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services company based in London. We are seeking a motivated Junior Maintenance Engineer with a background in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing disciplines to join a dynamic team in a prestigious commercial building in the City of London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow their career in building services. You’ll work closely with a senior engineer and the wider on-site maintenance team, gaining hands-on experience and training in both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building systems.
Package:

What you\’ll be doing:
– Helping with day-to-day maintenance, checking systems, and making sure everything runs smoothly
– Supporting the team with repairs and scheduled maintenance and reactive works
– Learning on the job and developing your technical skills
– Making sure work is done safely and to a good standard
What we’re looking for:
– Any qualifications in electrics, plumbing or building services (e.g. NVQ, 18th Edition)
– Someone with an engineering or technical background
– You don’t need building maintenance experience – just a good work ethic, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
– Comfortable using tools and working in a hands-on environment
– Friendly, reliable, and a good team player
– A driving licence would be useful, depending on the location
