Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in London Bridge. I am currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to be based in a static role in London Bridge, which is a large commercial office building estate. The successful candidate will be an all-round Fabric Engineer and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a large team on a large building responsible for all the landlord & tenant services.
Working with the large maintenance team of engineers on site including the supervisor, you will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below:
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting and plasterboard
- Changing locks
- Door hinges
- Floor repairs
- Minor repairs to office furniture
- Putting together small equipment/Flat packs
- Kick and push plates
- Install/Repair blinds
- Basic Plumbing
- Maintain and update Log books
- Assist the maintenance team on site
- Escort subcontractors
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000, overtime, and career progression. Hours of work are Monday to Friday (40 hour week / Overtime available at weekends) 08:00am to 17:00pm.
