About the Role
As part of a leading M&E team, you will maintain the building’s critical systems and infrastructure across all electrical and mechanical services. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this iconic commercial property.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems (LV power, lighting, AHUs, pumps, BMS, etc.)
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and site procedures
- Support other engineers and contractors on site
- Complete all relevant documentation and reports
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Strong understanding of M&E building services
- Experience working in high-end commercial or critical environments (e.g., banks, data centres, blue-chip offices)
- Flexible to work continental shifts (days & nights)
