CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a M&E Engineer to be based in a commercial building in West London. The site is a distinctive, modern office designed as a vibrant hub, including two recording studios, a cafe/performance space in the atrium, and a reception area used for artist showcases. The building has 6 floors.
The successful candidate can be electrically or mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance.
Package- £49,000

- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot M&E equipment, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Supervise maintenance works, contractors, and technicians to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Monitor system performance, conduct inspections, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and asset life.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements during all maintenance activities.
- Conduct Fabric duties such as changing taps, sinks, blockages, flushing.
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified - NVQ Level 3
- City & Guilds - 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be very client facing.
- Comfortable with all building maintenance tasks.
