Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer - Client Direct - London - Commercial Offices - Up to £40K

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it's type in London. Currently there are opportunities within the organisation for fabric engineers due to growth within the company.

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings. You'll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects. This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• - Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests
• - Painting & Decorating
• - Basic lighting
• - Basic Carpentry and plumbing
• - Fixing Furniture
• - Hanging Pictures & Shelves
• - Maintain and update Log books
• - Assist the maintenance team on site
• - To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc

Salary & Package

• - Up to £40,000 depending on discipline, certificates and experience

What We're Looking For

• - Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
• - Good understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance
• - Confident, client-facing, and reliable with strong communication skills
• - Willing to travel within Zones 1–2 and work semi-static across key sites
