Caretaker β Sunderland β FM Service Provider β Β£120 per day
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and dedicated Caretaker to join a friendly primary school in Sunderland on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Details / Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am to 11:00am and then 15:00pm to 18:00pm
- Ongoing contract
- Start date β 6th of October
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Completing basic cleaning duties
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
- Book outside contractors for major repair work
- Make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
- Check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use
- Open buildings in the morning and lock them at the end of the day
Requirements
- To work to a timescale as agreed with you and your Supervisor/Manager
- Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
- To always act in a professional manner
- Be honest, reliable, and hard working
- Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- DBS certificate needed
