We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to help teams apply product thinking consistently across discovery and delivery. This role focuses on improving how work is defined, prioritised, and understood — ensuring teams are clear on the problem they are solving, the expected impact, and how success will be measured. You will support how work enters and flows through the system, while helping teams and stakeholders better understand what is working and where to focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ways of Working
    • Translate the Product Lifecycle into simple, practical tools and guidance
    • Support Product Managers in applying discovery and delivery practices to real work
    • Facilitate sessions that improve clarity on problems, approaches, and expected outcomes
    • Identify and improve friction in current ways of working
  • Intake & Prioritisation
    • Coordinate intake for new product and feature requests
    • Ensure requests are clearly defined (problem, expected impact, success measures)
    • Support prioritisation discussions by improving visibility of demand vs capacity
    • Maintain clear visibility of requests, decisions, and status
  • Delivery Insight & Portfolio Visibility
    • Support teams in defining and tracking success measures
    • Connect delivered work to observable outcomes (e.g. funnel performance, customer behaviour)
    • Surface insights on what is working and where further focus is needed
    • Provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and themes across the portfolio

Experience & Capabilities

  • Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles in digital environments
  • Comfortable working with product teams across discovery and delivery
  • Strong ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and ask effective questions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Pragmatic and structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
