The Enterprise Digital Experiences team (EDX) is responsible for the product management and design of the company's proprietary digital products β Mobile App, website and Customer personalisation. We're looking for an Associate, Digital Product Manager to join the International Mobile and Web EDX Product team. The successful candidate should have experience working on technical product initiatives for App and Web digital channels as well as go-to-market product strategy while thriving in a multi-market and multi-workstream environment. Candidates will serve as the central resource with design, process, analytics, product teams, development and multiple business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in developing the business case for new products or features.
- Assists in the research of regulatory developments and provides preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing Products enablement in multi-market global domain.
- Support in the documentation of product, processes for product management, product enhancements, and standards.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, business and other adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies.
- Acting as primary point of contact in a relationship manager capacity for stakeholders based across EMEA, APAC, and LACC. Some degree of flexibility with working hours will be required as part of the role to partner with colleagues in other geographies.
- Support creation and maintenance of the product backlog.
- Translating technical and data driven requirements into comprehensible user story, acceptance criteria and participating in agile development ceremonies.
- Support the go-to-market & onboarding strategy for translation management system and product management tools.
Experience / Skills:
- Experience in product management - mobile applications/web development, product operations, agile ceremonies and writing good user stories and acceptance criteria.
- A keen interest in digital environment, especially emerging technology and AI.
- Collaborative β our role is largely partnership driven; working with product owners, local market teams & technology partners is vital.
- Technically minded & strong communicator β with ability to translate complex technical process into comprehensible requirements.
- Experience supporting go-to-market product and process strategies for localisation in international markets.
- Good problem solver and Analytical β Ability to identify customer and data driven optimisation opportunities.
- Proactive and enthusiastic β self-starter with a strong affinity to bring projects to a close in a timely manner.
- Highly organised - this role has many different aspects that will require managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Github, JIRA, Confluence, Mural, Figma and Adobe Analytics and other product management tooling desirable.
