CBTax, a fast-growing global R&D tax consultancy, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our Northampton office and support recruitment across the UK, Ireland, US and UAE. You will manage end-to-end hiring, build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS Teamtailor, screen applicants, and collaborate with senior leaders to define role specs.

A proven 5+ years in recruitment (agency or internal) with elite sourcing, cold outreach, and ability to engage top talent is required.
