About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing, experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help manage end-to-end hiring and help scale our exceptional team in the Northampton office.

If you've got a strong track record in recruitment (agency or internal), a talent for spotting potential, and the drive to build high-performance teams in a fast-growth environment, this is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business as we continue to scale across the UK, Ireland, US & UAE.

There will be a particular focus on growing our sales and technical teams.

If you have a track record of recruiting high-performing sales professionals, it’s an added bonus.

We’re not looking for someone who wants a standard recruitment role. We want someone who wants to play their part in building something special.

In this role you’ll

  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to understand requirements and define role specifications.
  • Utilise Linked In Recruiter to find and connect with exceptional candidates and build candidate pipelines for our live vacancies.
  • Review inbound applications and conduct screening calls to assess their suitability.
  • Proactively contact candidates that show potential for CBTax vacancies.
  • Use Teamtailor (ATS) to accurately log candidate notes and track metrics.

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience, internal or agency.
  • Elite candidate sourcing ability and confidence to cold call.
  • The ability to build long-term rapport with exceptional candidates.
  • Experience using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed & Teamtailor.

The ability to build and manage candidate pipelines and track data on ATS.

  • Be self-motivated with a commercial mindset and genuine interest in people.
  • Be able to conduct phone & Teams interviews with candidates.
