About The Role
We’re looking for a high‑performing Internal Recruiter to work with our Talent & Culture associate director and help manage end‑to‑end hiring and scale our exceptional team. If you have a strong track record in recruitment (agency or internal), a talent for spotting potential, and the drive to build high‑performance teams in a fast‑growth environment, this is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business as we continue to scale across the UK, Ireland and US. There will be a particular focus on growing our sales team across the UK and Ireland. A track record of recruiting high‑performing sales professionals is an added bonus. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to understand requirements and define role specifications.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to find and connect with exceptional candidates and build candidate pipelines for our live vacancies.
- Review inbound applications and conduct screening calls to assess their suitability.
- Proactively contact candidates that show potential for CBTax vacancies.
- Use Teamtailor (ATS) to accurately log candidate notes and track metrics.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, internal or agency.
- Elite candidate sourcing ability and confidence to cold call.
- The ability to build long‑term rapport with exceptional candidates.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed & Teamtailor.
- The ability to build and manage candidate pipelines and track data on ATS.
- Self‑motivated with a commercial mindset and genuine interest in people.
- Ability to conduct phone and Teams interviews with candidates.
