Interview process
After submitting your application, we will review your CV. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 15‑minute phone call during which we will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process:
- A 15‑20‑minute Teams interview with the recruitment team. The interview is recorded and will be shared with the hiring manager for review. We advise you take the time to properly prepare.
- A final stage in person interview at the office, at which the role you have applied for is based. We sometimes require a third stage, but this is rare.
Our goal is to finish the process within 7‑10 days.
